The ID on the back of my remote reads: GQ43VT20T I have purchased 2 remote/key fobs on ebay both were around 5-10 dollars each(used) w/shipping and I programmed them myself. I think the final price going this route would be around $120 or a little less. Just didn't need the key right now so I decided to wait until the need arises. I never had this done mainly due to price. I don't have an example of the fob, but you can search pretty quickly on eBay. You can find instructions to program the fob on TW. If anyone is interested I found this seller on eBay (Toyota Dealer in Cali) that sells uncut keys for $33 shipped with a dealer receipt. I think the total for master key and fob from Toyota was like $230. I thought about getting another master set made, but the cost is high. I too bought my Tacoma used and it only came with one black (master) key and fob and the gray (valet) key.
